OCR Save Time and Improve accuracy

We have streamlined processing of Certificates by providing a Certificate of Insurance Template OCR application.  Once the user is finished processing scanned Certificate images, the certs are uploaded and matched to their Vendor names, or new Vendors are created with the harvested OCR data.

Users can quickly identify issues with policies.

• Store vendor contact information and details.
• Upload, store, and view Clean original Certificates of Insurance.
• Store Vendor files and documents
• Track reviews and scores for.
• Maintain Notes and contact logs.

Users can define Vendor types along with policy set limits.  When a limit is created for a policy and vendor type, the limit is automatically applied to all vendors of the type defined.  Users receive visual feedback and tooltips with limit information on each Certificate policy value.

Define users and Roles.  Torvacode sofware comes with powerful user Roles and management tools.  Customize what each user role is allowed to see on each application tab.  Hide sensitive information, or eliminate create/delete functions from user roles.
